ProElevate is led by Kevin Waters, an experienced health and safety professional who has worked across construction, data centres, building services, property and engineering.
Kevin has supported major construction environments, including large-scale MEP installations, data centres and complex live projects involving hundreds of operatives.
His work covers site and management reviews, CDM, RAMS, contractor management, investigations, corrective actions and board-level reporting.
Before establishing ProElevate, Kevin founded and ran a multi-million-pound business for more than 20 years.
He understands that directors and project managers must balance safety with programme, clients, people, subcontractors and commercial pressure. His advice is therefore practical, proportionate and designed to work in real operating conditions.
Kevin is also an experienced professional trainer, developing and delivering practical H&S and management sessions based on operational needs and genuine workplace findings.
