What types of businesses does ProElevate work with?
ProElevate works primarily with construction companies, specialist contractors, building services and engineering businesses that need practical, independent health and safety review or support. See who we work with.
How do we know which service we need?
A Focused H&S Review suits one project or a defined concern. Flexible H&S Support provides additional capacity where the need is understood. A Leadership & Operational H&S Review examines how arrangements work across the business. The initial conversation helps identify the proportionate option.
What does a Focused H&S Review cost?
Focused H&S Reviews start from £750. The project, location, evidence required and fixed fee are agreed before the review begins.
What do we receive after a Focused H&S Review?
You receive a concise written report, findings based on the agreed scope, identified strengths and gaps, prioritised practical recommendations, supporting evidence where appropriate and a discussion of sensible next steps.
What does Flexible H&S Support cost?
Flexible H&S Support starts from £600 per day. The working days, location, priorities and expected outputs are agreed before support begins.
Do we have to commit to ongoing support?
No. Flexible H&S Support can be arranged for an individual day, regular agreed days, a defined assignment or a short period of additional capacity.
How is the Leadership & Operational H&S Review different from a site audit?
It is a business-wide examination rather than an enlarged site audit. It compares leadership expectations, management understanding and what is happening on selected live projects, using interviews, workforce consultation, site visits and management evidence.
What does a Leadership & Operational H&S Review cost?
Leadership & Operational H&S Reviews start from £3,500. Following a discovery conversation, ProElevate provides a fixed-fee proposal based on the size, structure, operations, locations and review needs of the business.
Who is consulted during a Leadership Review?
Depending on the agreed scope, consultation can include board members, directors, managers, supervisors and operatives, alongside visits to selected projects and review of relevant evidence.
Will workforce feedback be treated sensitively?
Yes. The purpose is to identify honest themes and gaps, not to attribute every comment to an individual. The approach to interviews, confidentiality and reporting is agreed when the review is scoped.
Does ProElevate take over management responsibility?
No. Managers remain responsible for managing the work. ProElevate advises, challenges and verifies, helping management make proportionate decisions and maintain stronger control.
Which areas does ProElevate cover?
ProElevate supports businesses across London and the Home Counties, including Surrey, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Sussex and Hampshire. Other locations can be discussed for suitable assignments. View service areas.
Can ProElevate help after a review?
Yes. If further support would be useful, it is explained and agreed separately. There is no automatic open-ended consultancy commitment after a review.
What happens when we first make contact?
The first conversation is used to understand what is happening, the outcome you need and whether ProElevate is the right fit. Where appropriate, the next step and fee are then set out clearly before work begins.
